Shamic Sheetmetal (Aust) Pty Ltd provides a fully automated Sheetmetal production system with state of the art programming, production systems and equipment. We manufacture parts for a diverse range of industries including electrical, motor vehicles, whitegoods, electronics, vending machines and telecommunications. Our services include fully integrated CNC, automated folding, welding, painting & powder coating, assembly, warehousing and despatch. We specialise in computer-controlled laser cutting, punching, automated folding, robot welding and painting of steel products, parts and assemblies.

We currently employ up to 65 staff including qualified and experienced estimators, CAD programmers, computer experts, quality specialists, production engineers, welders, folders, cutters, warehouse personnel and specialist sales, administration and finance staff.

• Finn Power Express Bender Ebe4 (200) (fully automated, high speed folding)
• Robot welders and spot welders
• Wet spray-painting and powder coating for small and large runs.
